Where and when will you be able to watch ‘ANHEDONIA’?

We’ve had an amazing response to the release of the official trailer for our next feature film ‘ANHEDONIA‘, and with that a lot of excitable people asking when they can get their hands on it. The answer is, not long now. As of May 1st the film will be available, technically. What we’re doing that’s a little different, for the release of the film, is running a crowdfunding campaign after the film has been completed, as opposed to before as is usually the case. The crowdfunding campaign will allow our fans to make a contribution to the campaign and access the film to privately view immediately, with all funds accumulated being spent on festival submissions and touring the film. This will mean that those who contribute to the campaign get to see the film in May before we send it off into the world. Those who do contribute will be the only ones able to access the film before our festival run is over later in the year, so there will be a limited window to see the film (this is due to rules regarding premiere status at festivals and issues regarding public distribution rights). For the rest of the year we’ll be tirelessly promoting the film and aiming to get sales agents on board for distribution at one of the higher-tier festivals, whilst also building our audience and awareness of the film at smaller festivals worldwide.
For those who have yet to see the trailer, or know very little about the project, please find below the synopsis and trailer to ‘ANHEDONIA‘. If you enjoy, please do like and share. All help in promoting our film is appreciated.

SYNOPSIS: Upon hearing of his mentor’s impending death, haggard musician Kino Warren begins a journey on foot across the country, and through a place not of this world referred to as “the territory”. Kino believes wholeheartedly that the mentor cannot die until he arrives. On his journey, Kino is unaware several people are on his tail – varyingly malicious and politically involved – in search of the only-known recording of the greatest piece of music ever made, a piece supposedly capable of taking away all pain within the listener – created by his mentor, and in his possession, completely unbeknownst to him.
